Our Privacy Commitment
Buznvo is built to be private by design. It is an offline-first application, which means your financial records are created and stored on your own device. We do not sell your data, and the app contains no advertising or third-party tracking.
Data We Store On Your Device
Personal finance entries, wealth and obligation records, business ledgers, customers, invoices, quotations, documents, goals, and app preferences are stored locally in a database encrypted with SQLCipher. This information stays on your device unless you choose to back it up.
Optional Google Drive Backup
If you enable backup, Buznvo can store an encrypted backup in your own Google Drive using the restricted drive.file scope. This scope only allows the app to access files it creates. We do not read or access any other files in your Drive, and your backup remains under your Google account.
Permissions We May Request
Buznvo requests permissions only when a feature needs them — for example, storage access to export invoice or report PDFs, biometric access to enable the app lock, and Google account access for optional Drive backup. You can decline optional permissions and still use core features.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not require an account to use core features, and we do not collect your financial records on our servers. We do not use advertising identifiers or third-party analytics trackers inside the app.
Security
Your on-device database is encrypted with SQLCipher, and you can enable a biometric app lock for additional protection. While we apply strong safeguards, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we encourage you to protect your device and Google account.
Children's Privacy
Buznvo is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app in a way that concerns you, contact us and we will help address it.
Your Rights
Because your data lives on your device, you remain in control. You can view, edit, export, or delete your records at any time within the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and India's DPDP Act; contact us to exercise any applicable rights.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
