Acceptance Of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Buznvo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Not A Financial Institution
Buznvo is a personal finance and business management tool. It is not a bank, broker, lender, tax preparer, accountant, or financial adviser, and it does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All figures, summaries, and Finance Advisor outputs are educational estimates only.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the decisions you make based on it. You should verify important figures and consult a qualified professional before making financial, tax, or business decisions.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Buznvo for your own personal and business record-keeping in accordance with these terms and the Google Play terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, or use it to store or process data you are not authorized to handle. Business features must be used in compliance with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.
Backups & Data Loss
Because your data is stored on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, uninstalling the app, disabled backups, or issues with third-party services such as Google Drive.
Premium & Purchases
Premium features and themes may be offered through Google Play. Purchases, renewals, and refunds are handled according to Google Play policies. Availability may vary by region and rollout.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buznvo and Shaan HQ are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on app content, estimates, or Finance Advisor output. The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
